“You were so honest . . .”
“I want to share my experience with everyone. That’s why I am writing this letter. About 8 weeks ago, I decided to change my heating system from an oil burner to a gas boiler because my burner was getting old.
“I got 3 quotes from 3 different plumbers, and although you came in higher than the other 2, the reason for that is that no stone was left unturned. Your plumber reviewed with us every little detail, including the small things that were required by law, including the sign on the outside of the house stating there is a gas boiler in the house. Not once did he approach us with things that were not included in the original price or that were “forgotten.”
“The other quotes that we received were a lot less because none of the very important things such as removing the old oil boiler, or the oil tank, and sealing up the holes where the oil was delivered, were included. As we all know, the devil is in the details and although others were cheaper, they were not as thorough, and we know that those jobs would have been far more than I paid.
“I picked Omni as my plumber because you were so honest and caring and left no details out. Your team also was caring and patient.
“We had a couple of problems that we needed to get the bugs out of, but none were the fault of Omni. When I called your plumber, he would come and take care of the issues. He cares about the customer, which is a quality that almost doesn’t exist in this day and age. I feel blessed that I had him install my gas boiler.

“Dear Mr. Tricomi:
I wanted to thank you and your crew for doing an excellent job on the installation of the Triangle Tube boiler. I am very satisfied with the performance of the unit and its efficiency. I also wanted to let you know that my gas bill averaged $233 for this winter ( December – April ). The highest bill I received was $305 ( for January ). The integrated water heater is also operating efficiently and the gas bill for the month of May was $58.
